Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Introduction

Welcome to imcuci, an online gaming platform operating under a valid and recognized license. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the imcuci website, the imcuci mobile app, and all services provided by imcuci (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Imcuci is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players in Malaysia. We ensure every aspect of our platform's operations meets the highest industry standards, from data security to game fairness.

This document takes effect from the date you first register an imcuci account or use any part of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the imcuci platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the imcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. imcuci reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online gaming platforms
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Have never been banned or suspended from using the imcuci platform previously
• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process
• Hold only one account; registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

Imcuci uses a two-step verification process during registration. You are required to provide a valid phone number to receive an OTP verification code. Any false information provided during registration will result in account closure and balance freeze without prior notice.

3 Account & Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your imcuci account. Account security is a shared priority between imcuci and our members.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Contact the imcuci support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Update your account information whenever any changes occur

Imcuci shall not be held liable for any losses arising from an account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. imcuci will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel — if such an attempt occurs, it is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Imcuci supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All financial transactions on imcuci are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10, with the maximum depending on the chosen payment method
• Deposits are credited to your account within seconds once payment confirmation is received
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• Imcuci reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal
• Any taxes or fees imposed by the bank or payment provider are the member's responsibility

For verification purposes, imcuci may request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad, a recent bank statement, or proof of ownership of your payment method. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of all transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Imcuci offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms set for each promotion. Please read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the promotion terms
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first deposit only
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Imcuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus if the applicable usage terms are not met
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions will result in immediate cancellation

Imcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. imcuci's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and the resolution of promotion-related disputes are final and binding.

6 Game Rules

All games on the imcuci platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by recognized independent third-party bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair and cannot be manipulated.

• Specific rules for each game are stated in that game's help section
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, imcuci reserves the right to void the affected round
• Wins obtained through technical errors or system faults will not be credited
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are specified within each game
• Imcuci reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records stored on imcuci's servers shall be considered valid and conclusive evidence. Players are advised to keep their own records of gaming activity for personal reference.

7 Prohibited Activities

Use of the imcuci platform is strictly limited to lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze and legal action.

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempt to exploit the imcuci system
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools
• Owning or operating more than one account by any means
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using another person's credit card, bank account or digital wallet without their authorization
• Distributing unlawful, harmful or disruptive content that affects other players

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Imcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where reasonable grounds exist to do so. imcuci's decision in such matters is final.

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Submission of false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process
• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account inactivity exceeding the specified period

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the imcuci support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete, provided no related terms have been violated.

9 Liability Limits

Imcuci provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding platform availability at all times. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical errors.

• Imcuci is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Losses arising from internet connection failures, service disruptions, or technical issues beyond imcuci's control
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account

Imcuci's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding wins or bonuses.

10 Terms Amendment

Imcuci reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the imcuci platform.

We will endeavor to notify members of significant changes via in-app notifications or their registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the imcuci platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which imcuci operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process.

• All complaints must be submitted in writing to the imcuci support team within 30 days of the incident date
• Imcuci will investigate complaints and provide a response within 14 business days
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body
• Both parties agree to prioritize resolution through negotiation before pursuing formal legal action

Bahasa Melayu is the official language for all communications relating to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between another language version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
